Good practice: describe what the organisation actually does, where it operates, what it supplies, who its customers are and which activities affect conformity. Avoid copying a generic scope that does not reflect the business.
State products/services, relevant activities and locations. Any non-applicable requirement must be justified, not simply excluded.
