What are the Quality Management Principles?
Core idea: the principles are not isolated requirements or slogans. They are interconnected management beliefs that guide how an organisation leads people, understands customers, controls processes, uses evidence, improves performance and manages its wider relationships.
How the principles work as a system
System thinking: leadership creates direction; engaged people operate and improve processes; evidence supports decisions; relationships strengthen the supply chain; and all activity is ultimately judged by the value delivered to customers and other relevant interested parties.

Application to quality and special processes
